CLP NETWORK
The CLP network is dedicated to the revitalization of wastelands and former industrial lands.
The members of this network meet regularly to discuss updates on the wasteland projects. Fanny VELLIN is charge of presenting the evolution of the legal framework. The objectives of these meetings are to find new environmentally constructive projects on wastland.

Une rencontre du Réseau CLP a eu lieu le 9 décembre 2022 au cabinet CLP-CLIPERTON.

➡ L’artificialisation des sols - Quels impacts pour les porteurs de projets ? les entreprises industrielles ? les développeurs photovoltaïques ? les exploitations commerciales ? les personnes publiques ? (mise en œuvre de la loi Climat et résilience du 24 août 2021, circulaire du 4 août 2022, décrets n°2022-1309 du 12 octobre 2022 et n°2022-1312 du 13 octobre 2022).
